We used this service last week and wondered why the driver disconnected my dashcam. The power cables was pulled out and the camera was hanging off it’s mount, apart from this it was an excellent service

Outstanding service! Driver was waiting for us with a trolley when we reached the terminal, unloaded our bags onto the trolley. Same when we returned, car was ready for us in the carpark. We ordered a Valet service as well, so car was fresh and clean... In total, happy holiday :-)

Great Service, polite and courteous. I have been using PPS for my business travel and holidays for over 5 years. Never had a problem, always on time for my pickup and car is already waiting on return. They even fill my car up when I request. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT USE!! Well what can I say... Nobody did a meet and greet at the airport, despite ringing when we arrived as we were told to, kept being fobbed off, saying someone would be out to collect the car in 20 minutes, this never happened 3 times. Eventually someone turned up an hour a half later!! We very nearly missed our flight and had to be escorted through the terminal and security with 2 minutes to spare! On arriving back in the country, we made 28 attempted phone calls until someone picked up, then it all started again, no driver available so wait 30 minutes, after 30 minutes still no driver or a phone call, so called them again, picked up after about 8 attempted calls this time, same response, no drivers available, we need to wait about 20-30 minutes. Eventually, 2 1/2 hours after we'd landed someone turned up. Shocking service, with nowhere to go, what are you supposed to do?? Would never use again and would never recommend.

After using this company and trusting them with £60,000 worth of car I can’t even express how angry I was to see they had damaged my alloys substantially in two places. I took this up with them via phone and numerous emails backed it up with pictures and video they asked for quotes etc only to be given the run around for 3 weeks managers all playing sloppy shoulders. Today I spoke to some one with a very strong distinct Asian accent who was pretending to be the manager who I spoke to last week who never got back to me and he sounded very much English with a Mancunian accent. With all this in mind I won’t be using them again but it’s by no means over lol

I HAD MEET & GREET WITH PPS.LEFT MY CAR SPOTLESSLY CLEAN ON MY RETURN IT HAD OBVIOUSLY BEEN PARKED IN A VERY MUDDY FIELD.THERE WAS MUD ALL UP THE SIDES & QUITE THICK ON THE TYRES & WHEELS.RANG TO COMPLAIN WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME.......HAVE THEY NO & WHEN I TRIED TO RING THEM CALL WAS CUT OFF.

We have always used PPS meet and greet on our holidays and we considered ourselves valuable customers. After a new baby we didn't fly anywhere for over a year and therefore didn't use them for a while and lost their details. I eventually found them again through previous booking emails and was delighted they had availability for my vehicle. I arrived at the airport, my car was taken and all was running smoothly as usual. Until it was time to receive my car again after landing back in Manchester. The guy who dropped it off was in a hurry and after an almost 4.5 hour delay we just wanted to get home. This was a BIG MISTAKE. There was extensive damage to both doors on the passenger side, all dented and scratched. They had tried to wipe the marks off as the car was rather dusty except for this patch. By this time, the man who dropped the car off had disappeared! We rang the company as soon as we arrived home to be told we would need to speak to the Manager. The following day this was carried out and he said that we can happily send him the bill for the repairs as he won't be paying it. He laughed as he said we should have inspected the vehicle straight away. Unfortunately won't be using them again, after 5 years of being loyal and recommending them to friends and family I am now telling everyone the opposite. Cowboys.

I have used several different meet and greet services at Manchester and this company are by far and away the best. They were there to meet me on departure with no waiting and amazingly having notified them after I picked up my bags and by the time I walked to the meeting point they were already there waiting for me. This was on both occasions I have used them. Absolutely superb will definitely be using them in the future.
